Orders are processed in the order they are received. Payments must be made in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Shipping times may vary during holidays or sales.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If we make a mistake on a custom order or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly correct the issue or send a replacement.

 

 Custom Orders

Custom orders are made based on your selected preferences. We are not responsible for errors in personalization if the information provided by you is incorrect. If an error is made on our end, we will replace your item at no cost.

Limitation of Liability

Darlin’ Grace Co. is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our products. Always supervise small children when using hair accessories.
