Refund & Shipping Policy
At Darlin’ Grace Co., we take pride in the care and detail of each handmade item. Because of our products' custom and made-to-order nature, all sales are final—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. For custom orders, if we made an error on our end, we will happily correct the mistake and send you a new bow free of charge. Thank you for supporting our small shop! Please allow up to 7–10 business days not including weekends and holidays for processing once the order is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Custom orders may take a little longer due to the handmade nature of each item. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received. If you have any questions or issues with your order, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!
